As Ukraine fights tooth-and-nail to defend itself from a neo imperial Russia, it has developed a deep reliance on external military hardware and ammunition supplied by Germany and the United States et al. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Is Berlin in the Midst of Cold War 2.0?\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xxsVk92iGr0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This has had the effect of causing domestic political tension within the polities of donor societies as the hot war in eastern Europe has no clear endgame nor timeline. The Kremlin is waging a relentless war of attrition hoping to grind Kyiv into submission while the Ukrainians keep leveling up their asymmetric warfare tactics against their much larger, less nimble adversary.
