Fabled City Episode 2 Now Up!

Beirut- I’m starting to speed up my Youtube creator workflow here a bit to where I can hopefully start cranking out episodes for my Fabled City channel faster/more efficiently. I’ve come up with a nutty little workaround to make the thumbnails just using existing apps that I almost think deserves a video in and of itself employing iMovie and MS Word and bunch of screenshotting. I love makeshift problem solving. I hope to get to a point where this blog and my vlog catch up to where I’m posting them at the same time in synchronicity. Like this post is for the Barcelona vlog despite that I just uploaded the Athens episode after. Part of it is that I’m juggling writing projects while attempting this or just once the upload is done leaving the hotel to go get food and not updating this site that day/night.

Yesterday I realised I had to redo the channel banner because part of the subtitle was all lower case. For now it’s all one step forward, two steps back until I really get the hang of all this. I only realised this style faux pas while trying to sync up all my various social media accounts style-wise so they have have the same avatar photo and banner etc. And while I was just about to hit export file on the Athens episode. another damn earthquake struck! Like in Nicosia a few weeks back my old hotel began to sway with the marked difference being that this time around I knew exactly what was happening. Only Lebanon is much closer to the fault line between the Anatolian and Arabian plates than Cyprus.

So above is the very short Barcelona episode in this hoped for series and the next post will be up much faster than it took this one. Still have a lot to figure out but I’m not mad about it. Quite the opposite in fact. For now my projects will be out of sync across different platforms but not for that much longer.
